OUR HISTORY

Mosaico’s partners share an objective: to build great Internet businesses capable of making their users’ lives easier, more fun and productive.

It has been this way since Roberto Malta founded Domain Internet, a pioneer Internet service provider in Brazil, in 1996. Later, they founded the price comparison website Bondfaro, in 1999. In the following years, Bondfaro became one of the largest and most successful websites in Brazil, helping millions of Brazilian consumers make better shopping decisions.

In 2004, they started to consolidate the market, acquiring a competitor and expanding to other countries in Latin America. In 2006, Bondfaro merged with BuscaPé, creating the largest media group for e-commerce in Latin America, later purchased by Naspers/MIH. In 2007, the three entrepreneurs founded Mundi, the first and largest travel search engine in Brazil and, in 2009, they associated with Globo to create Mosaico.
